Tiptree Heath F.C was established in Tiptree in 1923. And ever since then “The Heath” has played at a good standard of competitive football for local amateurs, and produced a number of quality players that have been picked up by Senior clubs and have moved on to play at a higher level of football. Also we offered a superb spectacle for the local supporters to come and watch a decent game on a Saturday.
Back in the late 80s/90s there were three great local teams namely Tiptree Heath, Anchor Press and Tiptree United, all of which had a First Team and a Reserve Team, and ALL the players and supporters used to congregate regularly on a Saturday after their games, at Tiptree United’s ground at Chapel Road, Tiptree. Which quickly became the epicentre for a Social Club that hosted various community clubs during the week.

Since these heady days, Anchor Press has moved its business out of the village, and consequently the team folded. Tiptree United teamed up with Maldon Town and now play in Maldon. And Tiptree Heath folded approx. 6 years ago.
However, that is all set to change. We have signified our intent to field at least one team for the Season 2016/17 with the Essex & Suffolk Border League, assuming we can secure a pitch to play on.
